James Corr
Principal
Principal and founder of Grafton Estate Services James Corr Has over two decades of experience in commercial, civil and large-scale custom home construction. He holds a B.Sc. in Construction Management and Engineering from the Waterford Institute of Technology. As the principal of our sister company Corr Contemporary Homes he has had multiple homes recognized in print and online in publications such as Architectural Digest, 21st Century Homes, the Times of London and on Television.
With his extensive experience in custom home construction, he is recognized as an Expert witness in the Luxury Home building field. This experience has led to a very deep understanding of the custom home construction process, the systems and products that are used and how they integrate with each other.
This understanding of the construction process affords James a unique insight into how to maintain a property to get the best possible performance and longevity from your home.
Charlie Rushie
Director Of Operations
Charlie Rushie began his property construction career with inspection work over 20 years ago. He quickly transitioned into residential and commercial remodels as well as ground up construction in 2004. He established his own construction development company, managing dozens of design-build projects throughout Southern California.
In 2020, Charlie joined James Corr in West Los Angeles to focus on luxury home builds. This allowed him to further develop his experience in the custom home market which is more complex and filled with unique challenges. As Corr’s Director of Operations, Charlie has strategically developed a strong, diverse group of construction professionals suited to manage a wide variety of complex and sophisticated design-build projects.
Combined with a strong passion for design, Charlie’s experiences with Inspection, engineering and complex building systems have equipped him with the ingenuity to understand and maintain these high performing properties.
